Another Variation

I haven't yet tried this (for chocolate), but when cooking a meal that might be too wet or just simply needs more tasteless filler, rather than adding in flour or extra sugar or I suppose in this case grated coconut, you can add rolled oats. They're pretty flavorless on their own, but they give a build to whatever recipe you're using. So to cut down on time and cost, sub in oats for grated coconut.
