banana chocolate popiscles

I work with children and have nieces who eat a lot of candy, white sugar, white flour etc and I am always on the lookout for new things to do with food that will expand on and improve their eating habits. I have been teaching them to take those bananas that they won't eat simply because they have brown spots on the skins - break them into three pieces - put a popiscle stick in and then freeze -for great tasting banana popiscles.
Today using the chocolate recipe here they dipped the frozen bananas into the chocolate - a real hit - ripe frozen bananas are sweet and combine well with the chocolate - better than an ice cream cone dipped in chocolate - and something they can make by themselves with little guidance.
