Raw chocolate super health fibre plus bee pollen, sunflower seed, almond, flaxseed cocoa and real fruit balls.

These amazing raw chocolate balls can have anything you want in them! I put in whatever seeds, nuts, or other fun stuff I have around the house at any given time. The above is all held together with raw, unsweetened dutch cocoa and pure cold pressed virgin coconut oil...I figured out the best way to sweeten it all up is to use a pure fruit spread, about half the jar or more for taste...there is one from france that uses no sugar...only fresh fruit and an old recipe to make the jam with grape juice concentrate...this works great.

(I live on Bali so cocoa and coconut oil of the best quality is cheap here...the nuts on the other hand and the jam are expensive because they have to import them)

So, first:

I dump lots (maybe 10 tablespoons?) of the dry finely ground dutch cocoa into a bowl and add about equal coconut oil...don't measure, just mix these together until it is like a thin fudge.

Then I put about 1 tablespoon of bee pollen, 2 tblspoons of whole flaxseeds and start to mix.

To a blender I add a big handful of toasted sunflower and toasted almonds (I buy them raw and lightly toast them in the toaster oven) and a big handful of dried raw chocolate seeds...the big unsweetened seeds straight from the inside of the chocolate pod...they are dark brown and almost tasteless if not bitter...blend until stightly chunky...you will have the nut dust in the bottom of the blender...I add some who toasted nuts to the mixture and stir in all warm into the chocolate bowl. then I get the jar of pure fruit and add and mix in until it takes great! I used pure raspberry fruit for this mix and the pure coconutty and dark rich bitter chocolate sweet taste was amazing....

Then I make spoonful balls to your size liking and put straight into the fridge...they should make nice, round firm nutty balls...

My boyfriend loves cheap store bought chocolate with all the sugar and he looved these balls!
